We were founded by Joe Bowen, a Democratic strategist based in Chicago with a proven track record of taking on big challenges and delivering wins for his candidates and clients.

Joe has nearly two decades of experience managing big races and telling impactful stories. He’s guided communications programs that have netted more than $100 million in earned media and managed first time candidates and experienced elected leaders alike to history-making victories. He’s built successful strategies and programs in states as diverse and disparate as Texas and New Hampshire, and led campaigns that elected the youngest women ever to represent Maryland in Congress and to serve as chief executive of Harris County, Texas.

Joe knows what it takes to win tough fights. Sometimes it takes throwing a punch your opponent doesn’t see coming.
